ARDEM Quality Control in Forms Processing
ARDEM achieves high accuracy of data entry by using a variety of methods and tools for data entry verification and validation.
Field Validation
The data entry programs are designed to include rules, table look ups, field formulas and field restrictions which assure only the allowed data can be keyed in the field. A simple example is not allowing a key operator to enter “13” in the month field.
Key verification
ARDEM provides 100% key verification of entered data. This is done by having two operators enter the same data and using a compare program to check the entered data.
Verification tables
In data entry ARDEM uses various verification tables (example city, town, zip codes) to validate and assure accuracy of the keypunch data.
